Effective January 1st, 2026, Lucet will no longer authorize any BH services for Louisiana Blue members. Please contact the number on the back of the members ID card for assistance. For any late submission for 2025 dates of service for a member who is still currently in an Inpatient or Residential level of care, please call Lucet at 816-523-3611. If the member has discharged, please contact Louisiana Blue for guidance on submitting a retro request.
Effective November 1st, 2025, authorizations related to care for SCAN members will no longer be supported through the WebPass portal and will need to be submitted via Fax (800-411-0671) or email (UMCCMDEPARTMENT@scanhealthplan.com) to SCAN directly. Authorizations for all other supported health plans may continue to be submitted via WebPass.
